Review Policy

All ICCIE conference submissions will be double blind peer-reviewed by usually three reviewers and at least two reviewers. All reviewers are experts in the relevant field, specifically matching the conference topics. Papers are subject to a double-blind review.

For borderline papers based on the review results at least two members of the conference's technical committee will decide whether a paper can be accepted or not, and in which presentation category it will belong to.

Publication

The proceedings of the conference will be published in printed book (abstract) and CD which are available to the delegates during the conference

Some selected papers (about 15% of the accepted papers) will be published in the Journal of Engineering and Applied Science (JEAS) of RUET. Some selected papers from the rest will be published in other reputed journal(s).

All Accepted and presented Papers will be Submitted to IEEE XPLORE digital library.

Best Paper Award

A review of all papers which will receive high review scores will be undertaken by ICCIE Technical Committee to nominate best paper awards.

Prof. Dr. Fatema Rashid Best Paper Awards will be given to three best papers based on recommendation of the ICCIE Technical Committee. Only the papers presented in the ICCIE 2015 will be considered for the awards. Each award contains prize money and a certificate.

1st prize: BDT 10,000 and a certificate
2nd prize: BDT 6,000 and a certificate
3rd prize: BDT 4,000 and a certificate

ICCIE 2015 Travel Grants

ICCIE 2015 is able to offer travel grants to foreign students. Each student travel grant is an amount that partly covers the costs of the student's travel. The purpose of the student travel grants is to encourage graduate student participation at the conference by partially funding the costs of students who would otherwise be unable to attend. Applications are accepted from full-time students at degree granting institutions. The maximum amount and type of support provided to each grantee are set by the committee, and they are intended to partially cover the grantee's lodging and registration. Travel may or may not be partially covered depending on the total availability of funds and the number of awards given.
